Founded by Colin Harmon, a four-time Irish Barista Champion who left investment banking in 2008 to start a coffee cart in a Dublin nightclub lobby. 3fe, short for Third Floor Espresso, grew into one of the most respected specialty coffee roasters in Europe, with two Dublin cafés, a roastery and a wholesale operation supplying some of the best cafés in Ireland.
